Thank you for visiting and shopping at BlesstheSkin. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
📦 Order Processing
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed and shipped.
Usually, order fulfillment time takes 2-5 business days before shipping.
But please note, that orders containing more than 200 items might take 5-10 business days to fulfill.
The countdown starts as soon as the order status changes to "Accepted".
For the first 2 hours, the order status will indicate "New".
You can make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. However, as soon as the order is "Accepted", it is sent to our Fulfillment Team for preparation. It is not possible to edit/cancel the orders at this point.
it is not possible to add extra items to an order once it has been placed. However, you can cancel the order within the first 2 hours and place a new order with all the required products.
Order Delays/Issues
However, there are instances when an order might be put on hold temporarily. Here are some common reasons why this may happen...
Out-of-Stock (OOS):
If your order contains an item currently out of stock, we will put the entire order on hold. The product mockup will turn transparent grey and display the restocking date underneath.
Failed Payment:
If the payment for your order did not go through successfully, it will be placed on hold until the payment issue is resolved.

Since we work with global suppliers to bring you the best prices, shipping times may vary based on your location and the supplier's warehouse.

Note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs delays, holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.
🛍 Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers. This means you may receive one item before the next.
📦 Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 3–7 business days for the tracking information to update.
🚫 Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or any force majeure events. If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at BlesstheSkin@gmail.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to BlesstheSkin@gmail.com no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.
BlesstheSkin will not replace a produced product, grant a refund, or credit your account in case of:

Wrong Address – If you as the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Please note that reshipment costs can only be paid by card.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable). Please note that reshipment costs can only be paid by card.

Buyer's remorse –Please contact us at BlesstheSkin@gmail.com prior to returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
🌐 International Shipping
We do not ship internationally. However, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
* Please note that orders can not be delivered to military bases.
